Bankers Cup Awarded to Young

Last week, the Winter Haven Chamber awarded the prestigious Banker’s Cup posthumously to Marlene Duffy Young. I did not know Marlene well, but she served with me on the Board of Directors of Main Street Winter Haven. Marlene was dynamic, bright, and a great community leader. She was someone I looked up to and valued the advice of. Kudos to the Chamber for honoring her in this well-deserved way. Congratulations to Bob (a fellow attorney), and their family.
