Employers: Don’t Forget! New EEOC Poster Required

For employers, don’t forget to post the new EEOC poster regarding discrimination laws. The new poster must be up by November 21, 2009 and includes changes related to the ADA Amendments Act and the Genetic Information Non-discrimination Act.
